Limassol Marina - Peninsula Villas

Limassol Marina works progressing rapidly: “Peninsula Villas” in the sea set to make an impression!

The development of Limassol Marina is creating new prospects for Limassol and Cyprus as a whole. The area surrounding the project and the old historic centre of town will be upgraded considerably over the next two to three years. In parallel to the construction of Limassol Marina, other key developments are also taking place and are set to transform the town of Limassol with their completion.
Limassol’s coastline has already changed with the reclamation of the peninsula on the west coast of the Marina. “Peninsula Villas” consists of 41 exclusive villas, 15 of which have direct access to the beach and the other 26 their own private berths. Owners can drive to one door and sail away from another or simply step out onto the beach from their own garden. These unique villas have been released for sale and the first reservations have already been made. Sales of the “Nereids Residences” apartments also continue.
Construction works are running at full speed, particularly on the Marina’s south-eastern breakwater which is fast extending into the sea. The excavation of the multistory car park has been completed and the “Nereids Residences” are climbing up to third floor level. Restoration of the Tracasol listed warehouse also continues. This will house a cultural centre and the Hanseatic marine school.
Limassol Marina is an exclusive waterfront development designed by a world-renowned team or architects and engineers. It combines elegant residences and a state-of-the-art marina with an enticing mix of

boutiques, restaurants and shops, to create a lifestyle uniquely shaped by ‘living on the sea’.
Estimated to cost more than 350 million euros and providing facilities and services of the highest standard, it can accommodate all types of vessels from sailing yachts to megayachts, ranging in length from 8m to 100m.
Just a stroll away from the heart of the city, Limassol Marina is designed to blend seamlessly with the old harbour, the town’s historic centre and the medieval castle. It is destined to become the most exclusive marina resort in the Mediterranean- and one of the finest in the world.
