The construction works for the Limassol Marina are already underway and progressing rapidly. The internationally renowned companies Joannou & Paraskevaides Ltd, J&P-AVAX S.A, Athena S.Α. and Cybarco Limited, leaders in their field with extensive experience in the construction of developments both on land and in the sea, have undertaken the construction of all marine works as well as the residential and commercial developments of Limassol Marina.

A floating excavator has been removing material from the seabed in preparation for the marine works. The construction of piles for the new sea front continues, along with the land reclamation for temporary access to the area of the south-eastern breakwater.
In addition to the above, the roof of the Tracasol warehouse has been removed and the building is currently being restored. This will house the Hanseatic Marine Training School and the cultural centre.
The foundations of the 700-capacity car park and the «Nereids Residences» are being laid down. These luxury apartments have already been released for sale and are distinguished by uninterrupted sea and marina views, creating a lifestyle uniquely shaped by “Living on the sea”.
